Members of Gamelan Semara Santi of Swarthmore College (Brian Jenike, Daniel Wallick, Thomas Whitman) perform traditional music drawn from shadow play of Bali
Jamal Jones, flugelhorn, Micah Graves, piano and Nimrod Speaks, bass play original jazz compositions TBA
Basquiat Blues (Nia Watson, vocals, Heru Shabaka-ra, trumpet, Watsun, bass clarinet, Carlos Santiago, violin, Tom Kraines, cello) will perform free jazz
Avi Wisnia, pianist/songwriter performs music with his grandfather, a Holocaust survivor, singing on video projection
Lisa Willson DeNolfo, soprano and Michal Schmidt, piano perform “Chi disprezza gli infelici” by Gioachino Rossini and “Revenge Aria” from Andrea Clearfield's opera MILA, Great Sorcerer, libretto by Jean-Claude van Itallie and Lois Walden
Pianist/composer Suzzette Ortiz with guest singers will present a vocal improvisation and her Cuban vocal arrangement “Canto e Elegua”
Michael Shapiro will perform two selections from his piano collection Passages – Creation and Hannah
Cheah Chan Duo (Phillip Cheah and Trudy Chan, piano and vocals) will perform tunes from the Great American Songbook…and then some!
Jeffrey Young plays violin and Evie Morrel-Samuels tells original stories with words, movement and light
Sharon Glassman will show and perform songs from prints in her Smile Songs art collection
Epiphany Singers, directed by Danielle Molan, will perform “When David Heard” by Eric Whitacre
